The Soul Creative - URBAN RETREAT - Sept 15-16, 2018
The ability we have to relax and heal the body happens
when we slow down, when we mindfully pay attention
to our bodies and our thoughts.
Healing our body and mind
doesn't need to be time-consuming or
only happen when we crash from exhaustion.
"...and I said to my body, softly...
'I want to be your friend.'
It took a long breath and replied,
'I have been waiting my whole life for this.' "
– Nayyirah Waheed

“What a fabulous, rejuvenating weekend!!!!
I have made everyone so jealous all week talking about how amazing and open I feel. I'm full of life and I am so grateful. The weeks leading up to it where rough and I was feeling down. The Blues are gone and I'm ready to rock the world!
I'm so in for next year. I know some friends that really need this!”
