Edi’s background in fitness and physical movement spans over 20 years of training in gymnastics, figure skating and dance. This, combined with over 10 years as a fitness instructor, has enabled Edi to develop a finely tuned understanding of how to assist others to become aware of and familiar with their own body’s subtleties and cues. In recent years, she has introduced her clients to more mindful practices having completed her own training in mat Pilates under the leadership of Anita Seiz, obtaining her Level 2 Restorative Yoga training at The Path Yoga Centre in Vancouver, BC, completing her 500 hour Yoga Therapy & Level 3 Yoga Nidra training through Tandava Yoga Centre in Kelowna, BC and becoming a Reiki Master through Aria Holistic Healing in White Rock, BC.
As a coach and workshop facilitator, Edi has 8 years of experience helping clients to live in alignment with their values, bringing meaning and purpose to everyday life. She leads workshops on issues of major life transitions and enhancing self-confidence.
Edi opened her first business, a fitness clothing retail store, at the age of 19 and has worked in marketing and sales in the financial sector for 5 years prior to returning to her passion of helping others develop physical, mental, emotional and spiritual awareness of what it means to live from conscious choice.
Edi holds her E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 credential through Yoga Alliance. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the ICF accredited Coaches Training Institute and holds her Associated Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has completed numerous self-development workshops and training programs and holds a Diploma in Marketing with a Finance minor from BCIT.
